In depth experience of writing reports for senior stakeholders and Boards with minimal intervention.

Excellent written, analytical and verbal communication skills including superior report writing.

Ability to understand and convey complex matters, coordinating with all functions on the reporting, investigation and escalation of risk issues.

Proven strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

A high degree of professionalism essential.

Able to provide valuable second-line risk input and challenge.

Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with other risk managers and key stakeholders across all functions.

Excellent team player with proven ability to develop good working relationships with colleagues whilst also being able to work independently where required.

Ability to prioritise work and to meet tight deadlines.

Capable of working with and consolidate a variety of content, e.g., numerical, procedural, informal, written and verbal.

Second line functional experience/exposure desirable.

Experience of working in Financial Services, with experience in Asset Management desirable.

Owning and maintaining our Governance Risk & Control (GRC) system, which houses our Risk & Compliance data.

Develop and maintain a process for the delivery of accurate risk & Compliance data for relevant stakeholders to interpret.

Work collaboratively with members of the Risk and Compliance team and Subject Matter Experts from across the Group in the documenting the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, ICARA, Wind Down Plan and Pillar 3 documents.

Responsible for monitoring and coordinating resolution of actions assigned by the Boards, coordinating content input from other risk and business stakeholders.

Lead and develop the strategic direction with regard to Board and Committee reports and put in place a process to deliver against the requirements of the Committees and Board through the regular reporting cycle.

Responsible for supporting the end-to-end risk & Compliance reporting activity in the Group Risk and Compliance team, covering management reporting, committees, Boards and input to regulatory reports.
