  • Develop and maintain a process for the delivery of accurate risk & Compliance data for relevant stakeholders to interpret.
  • Work collaboratively with members of the Risk and Compliance team and Subject Matter Experts from across the Group in the documenting the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, ICARA, Wind Down Plan and Pillar 3 documents.
  • Responsible for monitoring and coordinating resolution of actions assigned by the Boards, coordinating content input from other risk and business stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop the strategic direction with regard to Board and Committee reports and put in place a process to deliver against the requirements of the Committees and Board through the regular reporting cycle.
  • Responsible for supporting the end-to-end risk & Compliance reporting activity in the Group Risk and Compliance team, covering management reporting, committees, Boards and input to regulatory reports.
